Training, Management and Coordination

Objectives :

Training courses in:

• epidemiology for research scientists and veterinarians from partner countries (tools: RANEMA , RANEMA FLU)
• ornithology as part of FAO workshops
• laboratory diagnostics, virology, and molecular biology organised by CIRAD under the project: Emergency measures

Training strategy

• training through research, Master, PhD levels
• thesis work alternating with university enrolment, spending several months per year at CIRAD or in partner laboratories, field work in developing countries 

Overall project coordination

• steering committee and scientific committee
• meetings in parallel with training workshops throughout the project period
