National School of Agro-Industrial Sciences (ENSAI), was created in 1993 within the framework of the Ngaoundéré University in Cameroon. ENSAI is a “graduate school” which trains specialists, engineers and researchers in the fields of processes, food sciences and nutrition, quality control, industrial maintenance technology and manufacturing, industrial chemistry and environment. This advanced school is structured in 6 departments including a Food Sciences and Nutrition Department
