The Faculty of Agriculture, of the Alexandria University  (FAAU) was established in 1942 and covers twenty major agricultural fields. FAAU is regarded as one of the leading research establishments in Egypt in agricultural sciences. During last years, FAAU has developed several research projects in the area of dairy science and technology.
