Partnering Institutions
Seven institutions, coming from five countries of West and Central Africa, take part to the Project implementation. Along this implmentation, it is expected that additional institutions from participating countries will join in, as well as from new countries. The project has the ambition to extent itself to other countries in Africa, and to at least one country respectively in the Pacific Ocean and in the Carribean sea..
