Organisation's set up, first sign of appropriation
The implementation of the AFOMDnet Project clearly has become the issue of the whole Institut National Polytechnique Houphouet Boigny (INP-HB), if not of those other institutions in Côte d'Ivoire.

Since the kick-off workshop in Montpellier, the project partner in Côte d'ivoire has set up:
- a team composed of four young members: 2 recently graduated and 2 trainees, around M. Siaka Koné to implement the tasksscheduled in the Project
- an internal commission to follow-up the administrative, technical and financial operations of the project, through setting up rules of sound management whose adoption can be extended to any new project with external financial support
- a monitoring committee involving members of several institutions in the areas of research and agriculture
The documents elaborated to present the project and to clarify the organization being set up are available to the Project partners through the extranet channel.
