The Rodent Information Center present general informations about rodent species sampling in the seven field study areas of CERoPath Project and in several localities sampling in former projects located in the same area.

It gathers a compilation of literature informations and knowledge produced by CERoPath partners towards scientifics works briefly presented here.

Rodent Systematic follows Wilson, D. E., 2005.

Each species is linked with the whole rodent sampling of CERoPath project.

A Virtual Museum  gives an access to the morphologic vouchers of the Barcoding tool create by CERoPath  to assume a fast and accurate COI identification of yours field samples.

Another part of the museum provides an access to the data of each individual of the full sampling of CERoPath  project. This part his actually reserved to the partners of the project but we aim to open it as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
