After Partnership Food Research Institute - Ghana
The Food Research Institute of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) conducts market-oriented applied research in the area of food science and technology and provides technical services and products to the food industry in Ghana. The Food Microbiology Division drives research on microbiology of indigenous African fermented foods.
