Meeting March 2008 Namibia Windhoek
Preamble
APVM chairman : Keith Ramsey, Deputy Director Policy and Programs, Directorate: Animal and Aquaculture Production Department of Agriculture, Private Bag X 138, Pretoria , 0001 Gauteng South Africa. The current Chair (RSA) was not able to attend the meeting.
Hence the sub committee members elected an alternate chair, i.e. Zambia.
APVM co-chairman in Namibia, Dr Benson Mwenya, Chief Livestock products officer, Agriculture and cooperatives Department of Livestock development, Zambia.
Therefore the recommendations of the meeting will be presented by Zambia at the next LTC meeting to be held in Botswana (22-24 April 2008), as acting chair of the last sub committee meeting.
